Wallpapers and their kind

Have you noticed a lack of a topic in which man may boast about his superior resolution, image quality and sharp display to other inferior men?
Don't worry, no need to break down and cry. I have a solution. It's simple and shouldn't take too long to heal, so no need to sue me.
It's called:

Post a screenshot of your wallpaper. If you are woefully inept with computing and know not how to do this, get out go ask Alice. She'll say to press "prt scrn" (next to scroll lock, which is next to pause break, which is next to NOTHING) and copy and paste the image into a word program. Save it and upload it to majhost or something, then link it back.

To demonstrate what the results of such a process should look like, I shall distribute a screenshot of my own wallpaper:

I believe we did. I noticed it was gone and though a replacement might be in order. Obviously if it was gone because it was a useless, unwanted, unethical, dangerous, feckless, megalomanical tyrant that was felled for the good of all, then a mod has every right to close this topic.

I don't think we have mods on here any more. Merc's AWOL, and Muffo went monkeyshit on Nirdy and then ran away.

I missed your link there, Tuba. I was probably entirely focused on looking for a wallpaper topic that I completely missed the already existing desktop topic staring straight at me. Eh, if anyone blessed with the divine fortune of the gods would care to merge the topics, we'd be a little better off.
