Re: The Question Thread 2.0
Well, I certainly believe it's a hot topic. It really gets tempers flaring. If I didn't know any better, I'd say a lot of the claims are full of hot air.Tehwilburforce wrote:Hell yeah! Now gimme my chicken sammich foo!
Do you think global warming's crazy or do you think it's a valid theory?
I think it's a valid theory, and even if it isn't, what's the problem with cutting down on emissions anyway? It's only helping us.
What about you guys? What do YOU think about global warming?

I personally think global warming is exactly that, hot air. Don't want to go crazy and start a flame war so I won't. And yes cutting emissions is good but I feel that the world doesn't have the tech to do it at maximum efficiency.
Thats my opinion. So, at what skill level can you draw and what styles can you draw?

I am by, no means, an art student, but I enjoy my little doodles an' such. I'm trying to get better, so I've been trying to fill up as many sketchbooks as I can and get some practice in with my Wacom tablet.
My personal style is very cartoony and cute, with lots of round things and sometimes harsh edges.
You can see for yourself, really.
Here's the Flickr set. I recently have been using my silly style to develop a recent character, Rutherford. (Link ya later.)
What do your parents do for a living?

My dad does stuff for the FAA (secret stuff. He has a "Secret" clearance level. :O ) and my mom homeschools us.
Have you ever dreamed about killing someone in a brutally murderous fashion, including torture, and then wake up thinking it was real?

Re: The Question Thread 2.0
No. Not exactly. Though I have woken up with thinking that people I knew had actually died (I remember this guy falling from an elevated tribune, I could clearly hear the muffled 'thump' of impact, and some bones cracking. When I looked down, he was just there, lying still. It was horrible. And then I woke up. I've also had situations where I was talking to people (like my brother, or mom, or even grandfather) and meanwhile pictures started forming in my head. Pictures of ME slaughtering them, with axed, and fire-extinguishers. It was absolutely horrible... And I'm VERY glad that this psychosis has passed... So scary...
Goddamnit, I'm reliving this shit right now.
*Ahem*... Anyway. KITTENS?! (Must. Bring. Mood. Around. To. Good. Side!)

I don't really care, as long as there's questions.
I have a shelf full of things.
Do you have a shelf full of things? If yes: What does it look like? If no: Where/how do you keep all your things?

No, I do not have a shelf of things. I prefer to spread my things out and generally make a mess.
Why do you think that, in the middle of the summer for us silly Americans,, when we have almost nothing at all to do, there is a slump in activity in this forum?

Because it's so much fun to put off doing good work and dick around on forums than to dick around on forums when you have time to dick around on forums.
You're in charge of marketing a quirky indie film about dysfuntion. Can you find a way to do it in under 10 words?
(As in, "it's a quirky indie film about dysfunction")
